Lines That Leave Effect

"I wish I could show you , when you're lonely or in darkness, the astonishing light of your own being."

This line led me towards knowing Hafez, a Persian poet, also called "Hafez Shams Ul Din Shirazi". He was very close friend of Rumi also.

But here I'm going to discuss the realtioship between loneliness and emerging light of one'self.

In my spontaneus opinion, when a person is alone he/she is more focused deviations are minimal. He/she gets time for meditations on important issues. Things start to clear in mind. Man indulges in extra affairs when he finds clues of other things where he can waste his time. Everymen in this world gets a dream upon which he wants to work but the comments, suggestions, opinions of other people work upon his mindset which make shift in his long term character building or dream building journey.

      I want to clear one thing, not every one has same stamina to go straight in his direction, he looks after for comments, compliments, suggestions and gestures of other. Thats why its a common saying that a man becomes habituated/similar to his company, because he is listening or watching others and taking effect from them.

Everyone plays well in one's mind but then told by others of the situation. That imagination is the light, that can lead someone to destination thats why Hafez narrated loneliness as one's own light. Our Prophet Mohammad (P.B.U.H) also spent times alone in Cave of Hira, before divine message of Allah started approaching him(P.B.U.H).

Spending time alone is essential in todays' electronic and social media era, so that someone may not forget one's dreams, goals or ultimate dstination, for meditation.
