Mind Chaos

 things never happen as we think that they are meant to be, no matter what! Mind chaos is as real as early morning calmness but this calmness belongs to those who don't have piled up work from many dAYS OR MONTHS for those mornings are really heavy, I know it. HAAAH  I don't think anything workout for that to help so that may nothing pile up for our brain, any lecture, motivational talk, book or some other therapy that you consider unless and at least you start working directly to your point of tension instead of wasting time on some side talk because they wouldn't work if you not. AAAAh!
